2021/22 St James Quarter


Working with The City of Edinburgh Council and Scottish Government, we designed and developed the Growth Accelerator as a new approach that would see the public sector invest £60m which in turn would unlock c. £1bn of private sector investment from Nuveen Real Estate into the heart of Edinburgh. In 2021 the first phase of Edinburgh's St James Quarter opened, providing the public with a state-of-the-art retail led, lifestyle district that provides an inspiring, attractive, and vibrant destination for locals and visitors.
