If you are new to transportation or would just like to review why and what is required, then this session is for you.

important time as ever to be cognizant of our driver’s health. Wellness in the workplace is an up and coming topic because the rise in overweight and obese adults puts us at greater risk of developing diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. This workshop will cover strategies for, and challenges to, implementing wellness programs, as well as take home ideas for getting started at your own workplace. This workshop is intended to be a discussion about how to assist our drivers in passing their physical exams each year by encouraging them to live healthy lifestyles, how wellness can aid in boosting employee morale and retention, and how wellness can help keep not only drivers, but our children safe.
