ANGELTRAX Solid-State Hard Drives

www.angeltrax.com AngelTrax announced an across-

the-board switch to 500GB solid-state hard drives that are now available in all company hard-drive DVRs. AngelTrax

also backs the SSDs with a 10-year full replacement warranty. Effective immediately, the Hybrid Quest, Hybrid Vault and HDX mobile DVRs will now ship standard with 500GB SSDs to boost performance and greater reliability over the lifetime of the unit. The CoPilot-WA and SDX DVRs already feature solid-state SD cards, which now include capacities up to 256GB each. The company said solid-state storage protects video evidence more effectively in high and low temperature extremes and allows the DVR to boot up in seconds, with compatible operating system and driver support. AngelTrax added that its SSDs are available in 256GB, 500GB and 1TB capacities for upgrades on existing DVRs and can be installed in minutes.

MyBusVue is a mo- bile and web application that communicates up-to-the-minute school bus location directly to parents, caregivers and school administrators via interac- tive maps, which show information like Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). Te app has multi-factor authentica- tion for secure access. For parents with more than one child, MyBusVue can be set up for multiple stops and bus locations that are updated and recalculated to give users accurate information. MyBusVue also works with Zonar’s Z Pass, which includes RFID-enabled passes that the students carry and swipe as they board and de- part the bus, giving parents notifications on where and when their child scanned a card. MyBusVue is available as either a web application or as an app at the AppStore or GooglePlay.
