Feast a hit again
It was another sold-out event for FarmFolk CityFolk’s seventh annual Okanagan Feast of Fields, at Meadow Vista Artisan Farm Winery in Kelowna. It produces honey wines with local fruits such as cherries and blackberries, as well as artisan honey and other bee products. Here, staff from West Kelowna’s Volcanic Hills Winery pour for a roving taster. Participants enjoyed a wide variety of innovative and tasty bites prepared by some of the valley’s top chefs, using local ingredients grown in the fields, orchards and vineyards of the Okanagan, under sunny summer skies.
