AAC hosts training for new county officials


Newly elected county officials from across the state of Arkansas attended the Association of Arkansas Counties’ training in Decem- ber in Little Rock. Veteran county officials, AAC staff and other state agency represen-


tatives collectively provided an overview of the laws and regulations pertaining to county officials. Breakout sessions were held by county elected offices, including judges, county and circuit clerks, treasurers, assessors, collectors and coroners.
