Commemorative Ornament Ornaments and Christmas Trees Grow Funds for Temecula-based Nonprofit It’s an Artist’s Dream It’s an artist’s dream to have their work
cemented in history. For artist Gabriele Baber, her dream has come true, again. Gabriele’s “Going Home for the Holidays” painting was picked by Habitat for Human- ity Inland Valley to represent their 2013 commemorative holiday ornament. This is the second time Gabriele’s artwork has won the annual art contest. Over 16 local artists submitted paint-
ings in hopes to win the Habitat for Human- ity Inland Valley holiday art contest. Board members, staff, volunteers and vendors of the local nonprofit voted for their favorite painting, with Gabrielle’s piece gaining the most votes. Second place winner was Angie Canevari, whose artwork will adorn the organization’s holiday card. The commemorative ornaments are sold for $5 each and can be purchased at
the Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley Restores located at 27479 Enterprise Circle West, Temecula, CA or 570 Central Avenue, Suite I in Lake Elsinore or at Christmas Tree Lane located in the lower level Macy’s Woman’s wing at Promenade Temecula.
