This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the future development of golf and associated facilities at a well known North Staffordshire Golf Centre.


Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council is proposing to grant a new lease of its Keele Golf Centre and is seeking expressions of interest from suitable partners who will work with the Council to not only manage and maintain its Keele Golf Centre but also develop and enhance the broader golfi ng and associated leisure offer in this location.


The Council is seeking a partner to develop the longer term potential of development opportunities of the facility. In order to assess the market interest it is proposed in the fi rst instance to grant a new F.R. leasehold interest, for a period of 10 years of the golf facilities, including 9 & 18 hole courses, golf shop and bar/ restaurant with options to put forward longer term development options for the facility


It is intended as the fi rst stage (in a two stage marketing process) to invite interested parties to complete an ‘Expression of Interest Questionnaire’ (E.I.Q.)
