Rodeo Austin Nominated for Large Indoor Rodeo of the Year

odeo Austin is pleased to announce its nomination for Large Indoor Rodeo of the Year by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA). As the 5th largest


indoor, regular season ProRodeo in North America, Rodeo Austin joins the ballot alongside Denver, Fort Worth, Rapid City and San Antonio in the Large Indoor Rodeo of the Year category.


Rodeo Austin contract personnel are also up for awards including: Announcer of the Year nominee Wayne Brooks and Dress Act of the Year nominee Tomás Garcilazo - The Charro.


Members of the PRCA, including cowboys, stock contractors and other card holders, nominate the top rodeos, announcers, bullfighters, clowns, secretaries and various other personnel. Winners will be announced at the PRCA Awards Banquet on December 5, 2012 at the South Point Casino in Las Vegas during the 2012 PRCA National Convention.
