cafes, restaurants and pubs, with the Inn on the Hill ( a standout. And as well the permanent attractions there are several well-attended events that take place throughout the year.

“Over recent years the town has seen

many individual events created, which include the very popular beer festival, food festival, music festival, monthly farmer’s market and also the Christmas festival,” Hardwick says. “The annual beer festival is a really fun affair with around 50 beers and ciders being offered. The event takes place at the beginning of September and needless to say tickets sell out fast!”
