How we cover our costs The main cost of this guide is preparation.
●It has taken over two years. That investment has al- ready been made.
●The booking fee is £2 less the cost of the phone call which is 5p per minute.
●Your charity receives half of the fee
●The remainder of the fee goes too manage the process which includes billing , administration updating of pro- files, running the ratings system, enquiries, queries from restaurants in ratings etc.
● There will also be a supporting website which will be- come functional after a trial period has been completed.
●Additional Charges to the restaurant
qRestaurants which wish to receive bookings via the guide, need to rent a dedicated telephone number for a minimum of a year. This is £5 per month.
qWe also charge the restaurant an admin fee if they want photographs added
