‘Buffy’ brings with him a wealth of expertise and experience gained during his seven years at Bonhams, as well as his highly successful subsequent career as an independent fine art dealer and consultant. During his career he has uncovered many ‘lost’ paintings including works by Franz Hals, A. Carraci, Giovanni Battista Tiepolo and his most famous discovery of all - the ‘Portrait of Pope Clement VII’ by Sebastiano del Piombo.
