Chef Tom's Organic Sweet White Miso Dressing


This tasty dressing is simple to prepare and simply delicious. Sweet white miso is a short term miso made with less salt and soybeans and more rice koji. It's an all time Athos family favorite!


½ cup organic olive oil ½ cup water 3 Tlbs brown rice vinegar 2 sprigs parsley ¼ onion 4 Tlbs sweet white miso


Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until creamy smooth. Store in glass jar in the refrigerator.
