Opportunity, Winnersh, Berkshire Wokingham Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced Leisure Operators for the fi nancing, development and management of a new Sports / Leisure building and all weather multi-pitch within the grounds of Forest Secondary School, Winnersh.


The facilities to include commercial gym / fi tness suites, multi- purpose sports hall and a full size artifi cial pitch capable of sub- division for 5 aside football.


There is a requirement for School use of the facilities at certain times of the school day.


Interested companies will be required to complete a Pre-Qualifi cation Questionnaire to demonstrate their suitability for a short tender list.

As part of the City’s ongoing improvement programme, the City Council seeks interest for the day to day running and improvement of a boating lake and putting green at Highfi elds Park, University Boulevard, Nottingham.


Highfi elds Park is an historic open space located between the Wollaton and Dunkirk areas of Nottingham City, adjacent to the University of Nottingham campus. The park originates from late 18th and early 19th century landscaping with the estate then purchased in 1920 by Sir Jesse Boot, founder of Boots and Co. Ltd.


A major element of the park is the boating lake and putting green, whilst the visitors also come to use the children’s playground, and adjacent Lakeside Arts Centre and café.
