MSC Cruises in brief
Last year saw the launch of our new booking platform
mscbook.com, which is very agent-friendly. We have also launched a new e-learning programme, MSC Expert, and we hope many of you will sign up and become MSC Advocates. In 2016 we will be holding ship visits around the UK, so watch this space. We will also be hosting another mega-fam in 2016 – the competition details to win a place will be launched in January, so keep your eyes peeled for that too. In short, we hope to #MSCuonboard!
New from MSC
Status Match If your clients are already in possession of a privilege card from a mainstream leisure travel programme, they will be able to join the MSC Voyagers Club, receiving a matching status card from either our Classic, Silver, Gold or Black tiers, guaranteeing them a 5% discount on any booking and a similar or higher benefit status*. Go online and download the form to request ‘Status Match’ for your clients. *Terms & conditions apply

HOT TIP: To save time in peaks, use
mscbook.com to check for offers and availability, and view videos and 360-degree tours to help you close sales
MSC Cruises offers great food, fun activities for all the family, and the quality and comfort of a five-star hotel, all at a great price. So whether it’s shopping, fitness, Broadway-style entertainment or fine dining that your clients are seeking, we have an array of onboard facilities that will more than fit the bill. Our fleet is divided into three classes: Lirica, Musica and Fantasia. This year has seen a £160 million investment programme on the Lirica class of ships. They have all been lengthened and had facilities added. We also have four mega-ships on order. The first steel has already been cut for MSC Meraviglia, MSC Cruises’ new flagship due to launch in 2017.
