pieces that he kept from the public, asking that they not be revealed until after his passing.

One man responsible for

ensuring that the collection is properly presented at fine art galleries and museums is Bill Dreyer, Director and Curator of The Art of Dr. Seuss.

Dreyer got his start in the art world a few years before Seuss’ passing and when the first exhibition of his secret work was shown, he had already been in the business for a decade.

There are few authors that can universally incite a plethora of feel-good memories at the utterance of certain stanzas. The imagery that accompanies such prose almost always

consists of talking felines sporting fashionable

headpieces, disapproving fish, breakfast food colored the wrong hue, or small-hearted Holiday loathers.

Theodor Seuss Geisel, more commonly known as Dr. Seuss, is the man behind such beloved remembrance. Seuss passed in 1991 but his legacy continues, one painting at a time.

The treasure trove of imagery that is “The Secret

That experience, coupled with being in the right place at the right time, landed him a position with Chase Art Companies, an artist

management agency that also represents the Dr. Seuss Estate Art Collection. Dreyer has now been with Chase for 15 years and is recognized throughout the art world as the leading authority on The Art of Dr. Seuss.

“I’ve always been a creative person,” he said, “I initially found my way into the art world with a fine arts publishing company in Los Angeles. Once art is in your blood, it’s with you to stay. It’s a passion that never ceases for those of us who get to breathe and participate in art everyday.”

Exclusive Collections is honored to bask in the same passion and open its doors to both Chase Art Companies and Dr. Seuss.

“Ruth-Ann and I had the pleasure of meeting each other 20 years ago as fellow exhibitors of the New York City Art Expo.,” he said. “This is the first opportunity we’ve had to collaborate together since, and I look forward to joining forces with Exclusive Collections to bring The Art of Dr. Seuss to Beverly Hills.”

EC Gallery in Beverly Hills will soon exhibit works from the “Secret Art of Dr. Seuss,” along with images from Dr. Seuss’s best known children’s books.
