Sales Agent Job Specification Who Are We?
Fladen Fishing are one of the UK's largest fishing wholesalers in the UK, and supply both independents and multiples across the UK. With over 3,000 products covering all the major angling disciplines in the UK, we are amongst a select few in offering such a comprehensive range.
Why Are We Recruiting?
Due to another successful year, the business is planning for further growth in the agent network. With a number of territories being revamped, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
The Candidate
Ideally from a sporting goods background and currently selling to independents within territory. Preferably, but not essential knowledge of fishing products. You could already be selling to sports shops, golf shops, gifts and hobbies, home improvement and online retailers.
The Commission
A varied but rewarding commission structure, with regular incentives to encourage competition between other agents. Commission rates range from 2.5% to 10%, with full details disclosed at the interview.
