FUND FlatFrog Laboratories AB, a leading provider of multi-touch systems, announced recently that it has closed a $10 million funding round.

INVESTOR The successful funding round was achieved with existing investors Invus, Sunstone Capital and Intel Capital.

TARGET FlatFrog intends to use the funds to accelerate the

commercialization of its multi-touch technology for PC applications and expand its presence in Asia in 1H 2014.

THE COMPANY FlatFrog is revolutionizing the touch industry with its patented in-glass touch technology. It offers a smooth and precise touch performance, supporting 40 simultaneous touches with unique pressure detection in a bezel-less design. Main Street Hub Secures $14 Million Series B Funding Name

FUND Main Street Hub, the Austin based “do-it-for you” marketing platform for local businesses, has announced the closing of a $14 million Series B equity financing round.

INVESTOR The financing round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP) with participation from existing investors, including Harrison Metal Capital.

TARGET The funding will be used to further develop Main Street Hub’s

technology and content operations, and to expand its sales presence in Austin, San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles. With this round, the Local CRM leader has raised more than $20 million of equity financing to date.

THE COMPANY Founded in 2010, Main Street Hub is the networked CRM for Local. The company offers an integrated social, web, and email marketing solution designed to help merchants get more customers and keep them coming back by spreading word of mouth, extending their customer service, managing their online reputation, and leveraging Main Street Hub’s merchant network.
