M
ore experimentation, more risk taking, and more rewards. Con- vening Leaders 2014 is sure to
deliver more high-level content and out- side-the-box thinking than ever before. With registration just around the corner, now is the perfect time to start planning for the annual event. Held at the historic John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Con- vention Center, Jan. 12–15, next year’s Convening Leaders will showcase not only the best of the meetings industry, but the best of Boston as well. “We’re in the Back Bay area,” said

meetings. “It’s a great restaurant neigh- borhood and all the shops are nearby.” The headquarters hotel is The Sheraton Boston Hotel, conveniently connected to the convention center via indoor walkway. Three other PCMA hotels are also connected to the Hynes.
“So, even though it’s January in Bos- ton,” Peacy said, “you won’t have to go outside.” But with so many great sites nearby, exploring is a must. The con- vention center is only a few blocks away from Copley Square, the Charles River, and Boston Common. Convening Leaders 2014 will focus on revolutionizing the world of
meetings and events and will feature presenters from Boston’s top academic institutions, along with industry trail- blazers. Don’t miss out on the meetings revolution. Registration is expected to open later this month. For more infor- mation, visit
