This set includes the 12.1-megapixel DX-2G camera and a Sea & Sea housing that is rated to a depth of 180’. The camera has a host of features that make it well suited for underwater use, as well as snorkeling, surfing, skiing, fishing and sailing. These include a 3x optical zoom (24-72mm equivalent) 2.7” TFT liquid crystal monitor (460,000 pixels), shutter lag time of only 0.1 sec., manual as well as program exposure modes, exceptional macro capability and a large buffer that allows you to shoot 5 consecutive images with a 3 sec. write time in RAW mode. The housing allows access to all camera functions underwater. Comes with an LCD monitor hood to improve LCD visibility.
• Up to three individual settings of the My Setting function allow you to customize recording settings to your preference.

Compact Housings
Ikelite’s compact housings accommodate cameras that are too large to fit in the ULTRAcompact housing. They are molded of crystal clear polycarbonate for corrosion free operation up to a depth of
200’. Housings accept optional wide angle conversion lenses. Unobstructed view of camera’s information and control functions. Rugged aluminum handles and base plate allow attachment of video lights or strobe arm systems. For cameras that feature a hotshoe, Ikelite incorporates special TTL conversion circuitry into the housing. This allows the camera to communicate with any current Ikelite DS Substrobe. The camera controls the Substrobe’s output resulting in effortlessly perfect exposure. For cameras without hotshoes, the camera’s built-in flash can be used with the EV-Controller to fire an external flash.
