The October and December 2010 covers were real dandies! I surely hope, as does David May per his letter, that you find out all about the sailing/pulling boat at anchor on your October cover! I hope the artist, and/or the owner, will answer the call and explain all the features of this enchanting craft. Meanwhile, in respect to the December cover featuring

the three masted topsail schooner laden with Christmas trees: is there any possibility of 48° North, or the artist, offering Christmas cards for 2011, and onward, featuring this very nautical and very Yuletide painting? At an affordable price – of course.

More Info on Hydra Cat Performance System

In the December issue of 48° North, a sailing couple, Dan and Marlene Dinsmore had a near death experience with lethal exhaust fumes in an enclosed cabin. Thankfully, we’re not reading about them in an obituary column. Their research and development of a clean burning

hydrogen system sounds very intriguing, if the system is as effective as described in the article I would appreciate any assistance you could give as to how one would acquire more information about the Hydra Cat Performance System.

Most sincerely, Dane Allison Bend, OR

There has been quite a bit of interest in their story and the

resulting system. Dan’s phone number is 250-415-2093, and his email is dan@hydrogen-electric-energy.ca for Hydrogen Energy Installation andDesign Consulting Services. Their website is http://www.hydrogen-electric-energy.ca/
