THE BEST OF JERSEY AT CASTLE QUAY

With the first building at Castle Quay near completion, St Helier’s newest destination is set to emerge as a leading Jersey attraction, bringing together the best the island has to offer.

Since work began in 2006,

Castle Quay has been gaining momentum and notice. Developed by Dandara, specialists in high specification developments in some of the UK’s fastest-growing cities since 1988, the project has been planned with the support of the Waterfront Enterprise Board and has already garnered awards, including Best Jersey Development at the Daily Mail UK Residential Property Awards. Designed by acclaimed architect Eric Kuhne, the development comprises a number of luxury flats, offering beautifully designed, well-appointed living spaces built to the highest standards. The waterfront location affords exquisite views over the

vibrant marina and the golden sands of St Aubin’s Bay, with the graceful silhouette of Elizabeth Castle visible across the water. Since the launch of Le Capelain House and Millais House, the first buildings to be completed, nearly all the first phase apartments have been reserved – although some are still available – and new residents will soon be settling in. One of the key aspects of the Castle Quay project is the variety of integrated services at residents’ disposal. Elements such as a choice of restaurants and cafés (even room service), small boutiques and carefully laid-out shared spaces all combine to create sophisticated yet accessible surroundings for working, visiting, relaxing and living.
