Everyjotandtittle.etsy.com; yellow beads, embroidery floss: Craft supply; Green knit fabric: Recycled from a
sweater; Other: Green ribbon, chipboard
1 Cut two triangles from a green knit sweater. Use yellow embroidery floss to backstitch
garlands across the tree on the right side of the fabric; embellish the points with brads.
2 Pin the triangles together, right sides facing; stitch around all but a small opening in the
bottom. Turn the tree and fill with stuffing. Hand stitch the bottom closed.
3 Glue a chipboard star to yellow cardstock and cut out around the edges. Repeat on
the other side. Hot glue yellow beads to the star and glue the star to the tree.
4 Create a "trunk" from a strip of chipboard that you've folded into an empty box. Cover
the sides with brown cardstock (or color them with a brown marker). Glue to the base of
the tree.
5 For the tag, knot some green satin ribbon through the top of a white scalloped tag
(this is the back of a printed tag). Glue the tag to glittery red cardstock and cut out
around it.
6 Cut eight poinsettia petals from the same red cardstock and glue in a circle on the
tag. Fill the center with yellow beads.
