Q: My whole group is interested in traveling together… JUST us. Is this possible?


A: Of course! We can do private departures for groups of all sizes, giving you a signature Tauck experience that’s exclusively yours. Prices vary depending on the size of the group and the trip you choose, but the savings increase with the size of your group. See page 5 for sample pricing on our “Italia Bella” itinerary.


Q: Will the rooms for our group be located close to one another?


A: We cannot guarantee adjacent, adjoining or connecting rooms. We will note to our hotels and to our Tauck Director that you have requested this, and we will do all that we can to secure rooms next to one another or connecting when possible. Please be as specific as possible in your request, as often a hotel considers adjacent to be across the hall. You should also note that connecting rooms are often not available in many hotels, especially in Europe. In compliance with our partner hotels and for the safety and security of our guests, children under 18 years of age must be booked in the same room as an accompanying adult.


Q: Could we extend our stay at either the start or end of our vacation?


A: Absolutely! Many guests choose to extend their stay and we’re happy to help. We can often offer you special rates at our selected hotels! Arranging hotel accommodations in the city where your journey begins for the night preceding your Tauck adventure not only gives you more time to explore on your own, it also helps your group become better acclimated to any time changes before your journey begins – an important factor to consider when traveling! Guests wishing to spend more time in cities where our journeys end can extend their stay – a great way to make your Tauck vacation last a little longer.


Q: It’s tricky coordinating so many schedules. If our plans change, what kind of travel coverage will we have?
