Audio/Sound by David Sharpe Installation Manager
“AT the start of this year, the founders and owners of Acoustic Arrangements, Glyn & Linda Chapman, decided it was time for them to move on from the company after 20 years of being the owners of one of the UK’s most respected Audio & Video installation companies. From the business’s humble beginnings in their family garage to the nationwide trusted AV Company that it is today, Glyn & Linda have been the driving force behind it. Acoustic Arrangements have worked with Churches, conference centres, schools and other such environments to make sure they have audio and video solutions they need to get their voices heard and messages seen. On top of this their web based sales division, EAV Pro Audio, is also a major player in the online pro audio retail world.
In February of this year,
The Yaboo Company bought the business and the staff with the intention of carrying on the same traditions and standards that customers of Acoustic Arrangements have been used to. The Yaboo Company also own Wesley Media who supply music streaming and AV installations in to crematoriums. From this, a new company was born to handle both the crematorium and Church installations... meet Acoustic Arrangements Ltd. We are really excited about the future for Acoustic Arrangements Ltd, we can now offer the same levels of customer service and quality of work but with the backing of a much bigger company that will help drive us forward within our marketplace

New ownership with the same traditions and standards – Acoustic Arrangements Ltd West Orchard URC New Installation
Acoustic Arrangements Ltd recently installed a new sound and video system at West Orchard URC in Coventry. As with every installation, we began by specifying a system based on the requirements laid out in meetings and conversations with the team at the church. We always carefully consider the aesthetics and fabrics of the building and in this case we installed a rear surface projection screen that dropped down from behind the chancel archway and retracted so
it was completely out of sight when not in use. We also installed the projector in a discreet location behind another archway in the chancel. Both the screen and the projector were wired so that they could be raised/ lowered and operated from the AV desk location at the rear of the church. We installed multiple connection points for laptops so content could be displayed from either the front of the church by a guest preacher or from the AV desk. For the sound system we specified a pair of main speakers and a pair of fill speakers so that the sound was evenly distributed through the church. To allow for greater flexibility of spoken word, we provided the church with a combination of handheld and lapel microphones so that preachers/presenters are free to walk and talk in any location in the church. We have always found that the Sennheiser EW100 series of wireless microphones are not only durable, hard wearing and easy to use, but they also sound fantastic through systems when they have been commissioned by one of our experienced engineers.”
Company and the creation of the new Limited company has brought with it some major advancements on to what was already a successful set up such as a larger staff base to help and respond quicker
