Karlsson appointed CEO of Swegon
wegon Group has confi rmed the appointment of Eva Karlsson as Chief Executive Offi cer, eff ective March 2026. Karlsson has served as interim CEO since 01 February 2026.
Heléne Mellquist, incoming Chairwoman of the Swegon Board, said the decision brings both continuity and confi dence to the organisation. “With Eva’s long industrial experience and leadership skills, we are pleased that she has accepted the role of CEO of Swegon Group. With a deep understanding of Swegon’s culture and values, Eva brings stability and clarity as she navigates Swegon into the future,” Mellquist said. Karlsson said she looks forward to leading the company through its next phase of development. “I am honoured and excited to take on this role

Karlsson brings extensive experience from international industrial businesses. She has led Swegon’s Business Area Air Handling, Cooling &
Heating, and previously served as CEO of Armatec. Before joining Swegon in 2022, she spent 25 years at SKF in senior roles spanning manufacturing, product development and business development. She has also served as a Board member at Assa Abloy, part of Investment AB Latour’s portfolio. Karlsson will continue as Vice President of Business Area Air Handling, Cooling & Heating until a successor is appointed.

Majed Daiyoub
as Area Sales Manager for the north of England and North Wales. He brings experience from roles at Carrier HVAC and Air Handlers Northern. Sales Director Dave Marshall-George said:

He has a wealth of experience in the air handling unit sector and has really hit the ground running in this key customer segment for Condair.” Daiyoub said: “I’m really looking forward to getting to know Condair’s existing clients and helping new potential customers get to grips with their humidity control issues. Condair is really well-known as the leading manufacturer in the humidifi er sector, with outstanding engineering quality. I’m keen to get to know all the diff erent end-user industries the company operates across and start supporting consultants, contractors and FM’s with their humidifi er, dehumidifi er or evaporative cooling requirements.”
