The Hitch Man (Taneytown), in conjunction with Toro and Equine Equipment donated a Toro mower to the Frederick County 4-H Therapeutic Riding Program (Thurmont) to raffl e off as the pro- gram’s only fundraiser for 2020. The mower was won by the parent of one of the progam’s riders!
