*AAP Student member (U.S., Canadian, or International) – For those currently enrolled in a periodontal program and whose membership is up-to-date in Student or International Student categories. Note, if you are a member who has graduated from a periodontal program within the last two years, please register as an Active or International member.


**Non-Member Student – All non-member students require full-time enrollment status. Documentation of such status on institutional letterhead must accompany registration form. If registering online, proof of enrollment must be faxed within two business days.


***Dental Student Interest Group (DSIG) – This fee is for predoctoral students who are currently enrolled in a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and would like to explore the field of periodontology. To be eligible, you must go to perio.org/education/dsig.htm and join the AAP Dental Student Interest Group; requirements must be met prior to registration submission.


****Third-year residents at accredited U.S. dental schools may apply for this registration type if they are in good standing at an accredited dental school and will be a third-year resident as of the dates of the Annual Meeting (Sept. 9-12, 2017). Please note that availability for this registration type is limited. Registrants will receive a ticket to attend the AAP/AAP Foundation/Osteology Foundation Symposium.
