Reg Barber has been handcrafting tampers from their workshop on Vancouver Island Canada since 1995. As beautiful as they are comfortable to hold and easy to use, it’s no wonder these tampers are used by top Baristas all over the world.
All handles fit any size base, so customers can mix and match their favourite designs.
Powder Coated Handles - Made from aluminium then coated with a dry powder (tougher than conventional paint) and cured under heat for a beautiful smooth finish.
Tamper Handles with Crown - Bubinga is Reg Barber’s most popular handle. Made from dense African rosewood with a deep red colour accentuated by a dark grain. The Wenge handle is renowned for its colour and dramtic appearance, having a dark brown heartwood that is almost black. Both handles come with an inlayed crown to prevent damage to your equipment from tapping the sides of the filterholder.
Flat Bases - Made from standard 304 food grade stainless steel which resists rust and corrosion.
