Achievements? It’s been great being a part of helping to grow Ardell in the professional arena including developing new lash and brow products and increasing retail availability.


What is your general day to day life like?


Each day is so different which definitely keeps it interesting. I spend much of my day working on market research and trend analysis, analysing data, working with cross-functional teams


and new product conception. I also work with our various accounts to help develop promotional programmes and in- store merchandising to support Ardell as a whole.


What do you enjoy the most about it?


My role allows me to be very multifaceted. I use a lot of my analytical skills and I also get to be creative. I love that it’s not monotonous.


What do you dislike the most?


We deal with a lot of tight and ever changing deadlines which can be challenging but it also keeps it interesting.


HOW DO YOU GENERALLY START your day?


I always go through my emails first, prioritising any urgent ones, and then check my calendar for meetings. With as much as I need to juggle in the average
