mom are to care for your newborn and to heal. So when your baby is sleeping, take the time to focus on your own resting and healing. Enlist others to help with cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, caring for any older children or any other tasks that are important to your family. Dedication to rest will aid your recovery and pay off in the long run.
