Seminar fee is non-refundable. Credit cards will not be billed until we have the minimum number of attendees (20). If the Doctor is unable to attend after per-registering and payment has been received, the seminar fee will be transferred to another Seminar (attended within 12 months of the original seminar) for an administration fee of $25. Any seminar fee not transferred and used within 12 months will be forfeited.
