1. What is your favourite thing about being a Travel Agent in Northern Ireland?

Being a long standing agent, the building of relationships and friendships we have made with our loyal customers.

2. What are your Top 5 most requested/booked destinations?

USA, Dubai, Australia/NZ, Indian Ocean and Caribbean.

3. What is the most rewarding part of being a Travel Agent?

Dealing with repeat clients and putting together tailored itineraries to suit the clients specifications.

4. What is the most difficult or complex customer request you have had?

When booking a cruise passenger, she requested that her bed must be parallel to the waterline!

5. If you could only sell one destination for the rest of your life, where would it be?

Australia/NZ – always lengthy itineraries that you can get your teeth into and although time consuming they are the most varied and interesting.

6. What makes you different to other Travel Agencies?

Our personal service and expertise in the Luxury market. We offer around the clock service day and night and regularly offer out of hours appointments and visit clients’ homes in the evenings and weekends.

We are a great believer that first hand knowledge is vital in our industry and all our staff are regularly sent to experience different areas of the world – we had one staff member away on five trips last year but if we are to give the best and most up-to-date advice to our clients it’s a worthwhile investment.

7. What is the single most important thing a high street travel agent can offer the travelling public as opposite to online 'direct sell' holiday companies?

Personal service, confidence and trust!
