JOB DESCRIPTION


As an integral member of the organi- zation, the sales operations manager will be responsible for all aspects of sales operations. They will also be required to work cross functionally to ensure company and department objectives are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the day-to-day flow of sales proposals to ensure timeli- ness to gaining customer P.O.S.


• Coordinate sales forecasting, plan- ning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. • Proactively monitor and strive to


maintain high levels of quality, accu- racy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. As needed, coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.


• Support the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensure quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.


• Work to ensure all sales organiza- tion objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.


• Review and analyze sales data to discover areas needing improve- ment.
