Power – The Design Challenge


Providing power to complex electronics applications where space is at a premium will forever be a challenge for designers and engineers. Nano-Fit™


Nano-Fit™ Power Connectors deliver both fully protected header terminals and a small package, while also offering keying options to ensure proper mating, and terminal position assurance (TPA) to reduce terminal backout. These connectors deliver 6.5A of current and a 2.50mm pitch.


Micro-Fit 3.0™


The Micro-Fit™ product family consists of 3.00mm pitch connectors with a maximum current rating of 8.5A to meet low- to mid-range power application needs. They are available in wire-to-wire and board-to-board configurations with SMT and through-hole options.


Ultra-Fit™ Eliminate same-circuit-size cross mating, optimise space savings and ease assembly with low mating force, high-density Ultra-Fit™ Power Connectors. These connectors feature the premium housing features of proven Mini-Fit® and Micro-Fit 3.0™ connector systems, and deliver up to 14.0A of current and a 3.50mm pitch.


Mini-Fit®


The Mini-Fit® Family is designed for higher-current / higher-density applications which require design flexibility for wire-to-wire, wire-to-board and board-to-board configurations. Mini-Fit® products are ideal for power applications up to 13.0A per circuit.


Mega-Fit®


Mega-Fit® Power Connectors deliver cutting-edge current density at 23.0A per circuit, while terminals have a 5.70mm pitch and provide six independent contact points for long- term reliability in virtually every industry and application.
