The past year has been like no other and we've all had to make adjustments to our business operations and adapt to changing market conditions. And now more than ever, ADI remains committed to providing you with the products, services and support you need to be successful in today's market.


From remote learning to working from home, the pandemic has made the home even more important. People have been spending more time in their homes and making more investments in them - which has been driving new growth opportunities across AV and smart home solutions. Additionally, we're expecting new opportunities across the Pro AV market as more communities continue to open, construction picks up and people return to the office and schools.


At ADI, we continue to add to our portfolio to ensure you have access to the products that are most important to your end customers, so you can capitalize on these growing opportunities. The AV & Smart Home Product Guide features top-selling products from leading brands, and we’re confident it will serve as a valuable resource for you.


In addition, we have identified the product categories where we see growth opportunities for ADI and our customers in Residential AV, Professional AV and Data Communications, and plan to grow our offering organically, and by pursuing acquisition opportunities. In 2020, Herman Pro AV became part of ADI, and earlier this year, Resideo acquired Norfolk Wire & Electronics and Shoreview Distribution to become part of ADI and expand our presence in Data Communications and Pro AV.
