MEETING THE EXPECTATIONS OF SERVICED OFFICES

Serviced offices are increasingly sought-after by all types of businesses,

Increasingly serviced offices have become a natural choice for first- time tenants and not just a last resort. A London Business Footprint 2004-2014 report identified an increase in serviced offices of 67% and this trend is continuing.

Office Space in T own is a premium

provider of flexible office space and is the equivalent of a five-star hotel for businesses. The company is based in six locations across London, with over 2,000 desks and over 1,000 clients across London and two additional offices in Nottingham and Cardiff.

Last year, the company commissioned a report to examine the growth and potential of the serviced office sector. The findings suggested that the value of the sector could rise to a significant £126bn in under ten years.

seeking an environment that staff can flourish in and new clients can be dazzled by, with the added value of convenience. Here, BRITA Vivreau explain how their products can make your offices more desirable. Office Space in T

own’s current and

prospective clients’ happiness with the whole office experience is the foundation of the business’ success and it is therefore crucial that high quality water is provided in an efficient and sustainable way.

Simon Eastlake, Developments Manager at Monument’s Office Space in T

own, says: “As a premium

business, we really wanted a premium product for our clients. We looked at many drinking water system providers and the best option was BRITA Vivreau.”

At the Office Space in T own Monument

building, BRITA Vivreau installed the LinkLine system, seven ViTaps and three Table Water Bottling Systems along with 200 reusable Designer glass bottles. The systems serve

88 separate offices, 700 desks, 58 individual clients and 15 meeting rooms. The @Waterloo building houses the LinkLine system, five ViTaps, a Table Water Bottling System and 120 reusable Designer glass bottles.

The LinkLine system networks water in the same way as the internet would be networked throughout a building. The master control unit (MCU) pumps water through the building to ensure it is fresh and never stagnates. It uses internet of things technology to provide filter or service change alerts to both the Facilities Manager of the building and the maintenance team at BRITA Vivreau.

BRITA Vivreau’s ViTap uses touch sensor technology to dispense chilled still and sparkling water as well as boiling hot water on demand at peak
