renovAtor Green system KGS Diamond

At last year’s ISSA/Interclean showcase in Amsterdam, KGS launched two new Renovator floor cleaning systems to the market.

During the four-day show, visitors were able to test the two different floor renovation systems: KGS Renovator™ Green System and KGS Renovator™ Standard System

The Green system is a simple, user-friendly and multifunctional programme designed to be used without the need of any special equipment or chemicals. The aim is to use five discs to restore your floor, followed by three Flexis pads to finish the cleaning process and give a special shine to your floor.

The Standard system is a similarly simple, user-friendly and multifunctional programme, designed to be used without the need of any special equipment. After having used four discs, you can finish your floor restoration using a polishing powder that will give a shiny touch to your floor.

The new Flexis® pads, designed to complete the existing four-step programme, were also on show

at the exhibition, allowing those interested in the floor cleaning market to take a closer look at what KGS Diamond has to offer.

robo 2 ICE

The Robo 2 is the most advanced fully autonomous cleaning machine in the world. It is the only machine of its kind that will clean complex areas, thanks to its unique laser and sensor technology. It offers unlimited cleaning patterns and consistent cleaning right up to the edge, and out-performs any other robotic machine when cleaning tight corners, edges and complex rooms.

The Robo 2 is ideal for a wide range of environments including hospitals and healthcare facilities; schools, colleges and universities; food and high street retail stores; airports and train stations; and warehouse and manufacturing facilities.

Using its sonic bumper sensors and unique laser radar, the Robo 2 completely avoids static, temporary or moving obstacles. It will return to clean any areas that have been missed due to temporary obstacles being in place within the cleaning area.

The Robo 2 is equipped with an emergency stop button, guaranteeing that it will stop immediately if the button is pressed. The machine automatically slows down when it detects any obstacles close by, and the beacon on top of the Robo 2 flashes continuously whilst in operation. The sensors and laser radar system ensure that the machine avoids stairwells and other drops.

Robo 2 is fitted with SMARTtrak, a telemetry system that gives complete visibility of where it is, when it has been used and how long for. This gives unprecedented management information that can be accessed remotely from a PC, tablet or smartphone.
