BROCKMANS GIN COCKTAILS WITH A TOUCH OF SEASONAL STAR-DUST


Christmas is a season like no other. A super-premium gin that is truly like no other makes Brockmans the perfect serve for customers during the festive season.

Ingredients:


• 25ml Brockmans Gin • 10ml Fresh Ginger Juice • 5ml Cherry Bitters • Vial of Silver Satin (edible sugar-lustre) • Prosecco • Physard (aromatic) Bitters • Sugar Cube

A champagne and gin cocktail is surely one of the best ways to help your customers celebrate the old year and toast in the New Year. Glorious to drink and easy to prepare, it’s a sparkling choice for your seasonal menu.


Method:


Pour the main ingredients and the silver satin into a shaker of ice and stir, then strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Prosecco. Garnish: Soak a sugar cube with Physard Bitters and drop it into the glass.


Ingredients:


• 50ml Brockmans Gin • 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice • 15ml Sugar Syrup • Champagne, Prosecco (or good quality English sparkling wine – depending on your bar’s style)

Method:


Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish: With a twist of lemon zest.
