NOE TRAIL AND MAINE COAST, with John Connelly. John wanted to do something big by his 60th birthday. So, he set off on a dream trip. Starting in April 2016, he paddled a canoe the length of the Northern Forest Canoe Trail from Old Forge, NY to Fort Kent, ME. Then he kayaked down the St. John River and along Maine Island Trail from Eastport to Kittery, a combined 1,500 miles.
