News from the Parish
The clergy team had a Quiet Day on 2 February at St Mary's Convent in Wantage. Appropriately for the Feast of Candlemas, this icon was in the Mary Magdalen chapel. Candlemas is the foundation feast for the sisters of the Com- munity, which next year celebrates their 170th anniversary. The convent is a lovely setting for individual and group retreats and quiet days and meetings; contact
