Ingredients


½ cup sugar 2 tablespoons brewed coffee 3 tablespoons cocoa powder 3 tablespoons cornflour 2 cups milk 1 egg


1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Recipe


• Mix the sugar, coffee, cocoa powder, and cornflour in a pan and put it on the heat.


• Add milk to the mixture and keep stirring until it boils.


• Lower the heat and add the egg yolk to the mixture and cook it for 2 minutes.


• Turn down the heat; add but- ter and vanilla essence to the mixture.


• Pour the mixture into moulds, refrigerate it for at least 2 hours and later serve in bowls.

2/3rd cup of milk 4 tablespoons sugar 4 large eggs


1 cup mascarpone cheese 1 cup whipping cream ½ tablespoon vanilla 1 cup strong black coffee


2 tablespoons rum 30-32 sponge fingers 2 tablespoons cocoa powder


Servings- 6


Recipe


• Put milk, sugar and egg yolk in a bowl and beat it until well mixed.


• Put the mixture in a pan over the heat, boil it for a min- ute and then remove it from heat.


• Place a plastic wrap on a bowl, pour the mixture into the bowl and refrigerate it until chilled.


• Add cheese to the mixture and beat with a mixture until smooth.


• Put whipping cream and vanilla in a bowl and beat with a mixture until itbecomes stiff.Mix black coffee and rum in another bowl.


• Rub coffee and rum mixture on sponge fingers with a brush.


• Arrange some sponge fingers in a layer, spread half of the cheese mixture over themand spread half of the whipped cream over cheese mixture. Now repeat the layers with the remaining half mixtures.


• Garnish it with cocoa powder and refrigerate for 3-4 hours and later serve the slices on the plate.
