Our 5-star philosophy doesn’t stop at immaculately maintained parks but extends into everything we do, in particular our sales and customer service teams.
We aim to give you the 5-star service you deserve, be it from our 24 hour security ensuring your peace of mind, to our continued investment back into the parks. Every year Park Leisure invests millions of pounds back into its parks, with the majority of the improvements made being suggested directly by our owners through experience surveys. We want you to be happy while on our parks, so who better to advise us on improvements than our owners.
We also pride ourselves on our communications with our owners. We run a whole host of parties, family fun days and experiences for everyone to enjoy, to which you will receive personal invites. As well as this our owners enjoy their very own seasonal magazine four times a year full of interesting articles, on park news and information about events and days out in the local area. We also keep you regularly updated online via our Online Owners’ Lounge. Here you can see what’s been happening on park, pay for things online, discuss events and time spent on park with fellow owners, and even send your personal stories and reviews to be posted online or in the magazine.
