Sealed proposals will be received by North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro, North Carolina in the Conference Room in the Clyde DeHuguley Building, up to 1:00 P.M., February 24, 2016 for the furnishing of fan coil units and dedicated outdoor air units to be installed at Vanstory Residence Hall. At the same time and place, the bids will be opened and read.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held for all interested vendors on February 17, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. in the Conference Room of the Clyde DeHuguley Building, North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro, North Carolina.
