XBowling Releases Proprietor Tools, App Update


Te Sports Challenge Network (SCN) has been hard at work incorporating industry feedback into its XBowling platform. It recently released a new version of the XBowling App for bowlers with an all new interface and faster score updates. Hand-in-hand with App improvements, it has developed the XBowling Business Builder, a toolkit for proprietors to re-market to their customers via email or in-app notification, customize the app to their bowling center, manage loyalty programs, and receive insightful reports about bowler activity.


“We’ve gotten such great feedback from bowling centers,” said SCN CEO Tim Minard, “so we’ve continued to improve the XBowling app, which gives consumers a reason to engage, while also creating the XBowling Business Builder, giving bowling centers a way to respond with communications and incentives to drive more bowling.”


Earlier in 2015, XBowling also released an in-app upgrade, XB Pro Stats, which has been selected by the USBC as its official statistics package. It offers bowlers in-depth statistics and analysis to improve their game and can be used with either manual or automated score entry. According to Minard, proprietors and managers can learn more by visiting XBowling at Bowl Expo in Booth #180, the International Bowling Campus booth.
