requirements of the FCRA is not hard work. Every company that conducts background checks should have their background screening provider or an independent background screening expert audit their procedures for compliance with FCRA requirements.
I am hoping that when we write the 2015 Year End Report that there will be some other area of lawsuits that is garnering headlines rather than the FCRA and we will have put this troubling trend to rest.
