THE BOWEN TECHNIQUE Spotlight on Clevedon - page 14

T

he Bowen Fascial Release Technique is a holistic technique that uses specific rolling movements to reset the body into its natural self-healing process.

It is not massage; it uses only very light pressure and as such can be used

on anyone from tiny babies to the elderly.

Unlike some therapies, Bowen can be performed through light clothing.

An initial set of 3 - 4 treatments is recommended, 5 - 10 days apart.

THIS REMARKABLE TECHNIQUE CAN BE QUICK AND EFFECTIVE IN HELPING:

• Muscular and skeletal problems in neck, shoulder, hip, knees, ankle and back

• Whiplash and sports injuries

• Problems with posture and body alignment • Migraine and recurring headaches

• Bell’s Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease and the difficulties suffered by stroke victims

• Respiratory, bronchial and related symptoms such as asthma • Digestive problems such as IBS • Arthritis

• Hormonal, pregnancy and fertility problems • Stress management • Depression

• ME, fatigue and sleep problems AND much, much more.
