lthough the Southeastern United States market is experiencing an improving economy and employment growth, there is still an excess supply of commercial real estate assets that have been over-leveraged and valued downward by the markets. We believe the lack of sufficient new supply during an improving economy, in a low interest rate environment, presents a great investment opportunity.

Our goal

is to acquire assets below market and replacement cost, reposition them via capital improvements and lease up, then exit at the appropriate time generating very attractive returns for our investors.

At Hogan, we are actively seeking qualified investors to join us as partners in acquiring commercial assets in the Southeastern United States. Our knowledge of the Southeastern markets and understanding of how to create value in an asset sets us apart from many other investment firms.
