Stress-relief acupuncture with Alexa Gilm- ore of ATX Acupuncture. Join us Wednes- day evenings in October at 6:35 at The Bay Club (1 City Center in Portland) for stress- relief acupuncture with Alexa Gilmore of ATX Acupuncture. One of acupuncture’s most powerful applications is in modulating the stress response. Acupuncture helps get you out of that stressed-out, harried, fight- or-flight way of engaging with the world and drops you into a deep state of relaxation where your body is more readily able to heal itself. Stress-relief acupuncture will be delivered in a quiet group setting. Come as you are and leave when you’re ready by simply raising your hand. The session is complimentary, but we welcome donations to help defray costs. We look forward to seeing you there!
Historical Society members members; $5 for non-members. 12:00pm. Maine Histori- cal Society, 489 Congress Street, Portland, ME. For more information, visit https://www.
