brisk walk with baby, buggy and with one of our fully trained team is great for keeping mums healthy & happy. Push n Tone MK have been running classes for over five years with many mums returning after their second baby. Ana, Jane & Julia are qualified Pre/Post Natal instructors and will take you through a combination of brisk walking with strengthening exercises especially formulated to assist in shifting postnatal weight and contributing towards your recommended levels of physical activity. It’s not just a training session, you get to socialise with other like minded mums and your baby benefits from being out in the fresh air.

The benefits of these classes are far more than just a walk in the park. They target those areas which need the most work after pregnancy, such as pelvic floor and core muscles. Focusing on you regaining your posture after the stresses and strains your back has endured during pregnancy.

Using bodyweight, bands, benches, walls and anything else we find en route to tone and sculpt your body. They always finish with a thorough stretch. You will leave feeling fantastic and will have made some new friends along the way.

Small Steps 24

Banish the baby blues and get fit with Push n Tone MK. Postnatal Depression affects 10 to 15 in every 100 women having a baby. Exercise can be no further from your mind at this time but has been shown to have real benefits for depression by increasing the release of endorphins (often known as “happy hormones”) into your system which lift your mood in the short term and help to reset your brain patterns in the longer term.

Once you’ve had your six week check-up, you may attend. Courses run on a monthly basis. Bring a bottle of water, waterproofs for wet weather and sun cream in the summer months. Please wear suitable footwear. We look forward to welcoming you and your baby to one of our classes soon.
