Federation of Window Cleaners Price List APRIL 2013 TERMS AND CONDITIONS


This April 2013 Price List supersedes all previous issues, prices are exclusive of V.A.T., prices are subject to change without prior notice up to date prices will always be shown on the Online Shopping Site. All orders are invoiced at price ruling on date of dispatch. Credit notes are issued in respect of non faulty goods being returned. The prices in this price list are discounted prices for Members only if you are not a Member then you do need to add 20 percent to the prices shown in this booklet. Discrepancies on deliveries must be reported to the FWC within 3 days of receipt or no claims will be accepted and only sign for the number of parcels received if any are damaged you must state on the note you sign that the parcel/package is damaged or no claim can be made against the order you have received.


POSTAGE AND PACKING Any discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.     


Orders under 1 killo where possible will be sent by Royal Mail goods value up to £36.00 would be sent Recorded Delivery as this service insures up to £36.00 of goods if the order value is more this may have to be sent Special Delivery which in turn will cost a little more.


A £7.70 24 hour service up to 6.00 p.m. on next working day for Orders up to 10 kilo if more than 10 kilos we have to charge for the extra weight.


A £7.70 24 Hour carrier service is offered for orders received by 1.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday NOTE Orders received after 1.00 p.m. will be dispatched the following day on a 24 hour service & on Friday’s by 1.00 p.m. a 72 hour service, however if there is a Bank holiday on the Monday following the Friday your order will take 96 hour service. Saturday , Sunday & Bank Holidays are not counted as working day deliveries.


NOTE Regions of Scotland and Overseas Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland , etc please telephone for a delivery quote—although regretfully we are unable to offer a 24 hour service for these areas.


If you require goods BEFORE 12 NOON NEXT WORKING DAY This can also be arranged and is subject to a Quotation at the time of giving your order. ORDERS WITH GOODS VALUE OF £200.00 EX VAT WILL BE POST & PACKING FREE This offer does exclude Regions of Scotland and


Overseas (Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland & Highlands). Although at the time of quoting postage we may agree a discount. N.B. The Free Carriage Charge Excludes liquids , poles, heavy duty cones , Resin, Resin Vessels and heavy duty signs.
